Terms and Conditions

Doing Business As (DBA)

Liberty Tree Co, an Idaho Corporation, operates under the trade name and does business as "Boise Print Shop." Throughout these terms and conditions, any reference to Boise Print Shop includes Liberty Tree Co, and both entities are interchangeable for the purposes of the services provided, obligations, and rights outlined herein. The use of the DBA name does not alter the legal status of Liberty Tree Co as an Idaho Corporation.

Our Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, damage, expenses, injures, death, etc.

Unlawful

Should any provision of our terms or policies be deemed unlawful, only that specific word, clause, sentence, etc., will be considered void. The remainder of the terms and policies that are lawful will continue to be in full effect as per the original agreement.

Affiliate Links

Affiliate commission and/or referrals. Boise Print Shop is part of many affiliated networks, and we can receive compensation from partner websites. Affiliate links are in, but not limited to, YouTube, this website, blogs, e-mails, print marketing, print advertising, etc. We are a for-profit business, so assume all links and suggestions will provide compensation to Boise Print Shop and/or its advertisers.

Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur, including but not limited to postcards, marketing materials, and other items and services offered by Boise Print Shop or its customers. Such errors may also extend to items sold by third-party merchants. Boise Print Shop endeavors to rectify all pricing errors promptly upon discovery or notification. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, shipping concerns, product issues, etc., without incurring further obligations to you or Boise Print Shop.

Even if you have received an order confirmation or shipping notice from Boise Print Shop, we retain the right to cancel orders with pricing errors. In such cases, Boise Print Shop will refund payments for the canceled orders. Boise Print Shop is not obligated to honor pricing errors, and your sole remedy in such instances is a refund of the amount paid.

Customers are advised to carefully review their orders before finalizing payment. Boise Print Shop holds the authority to correct any pricing errors and may take appropriate action to ensure fair and accurate transactions at its sole discretion.

Customer-Provided Advertiser-Provided Content and Offers

Boise Print Shop accepts content and advertising offers from customers. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the content submitted, including but not limited to any text, images, or promotional offers. Boise Print Shop will make reasonable efforts to reproduce the provided content faithfully.

In the event that a customer-provided and/or Boise Print Shop provided advertisement contains a typographical error or includes an offer that the customer later decides not to accept, Boise Print Shop holds no liability for such discrepancies. Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review and approve all content before submission, as Boise Print Shop will not be held responsible for any errors or changes in offers once the content has been submitted and accepted for publication.

Boise Print Shop reserves the right to charge for any additional services required to correct errors introduced by the customer, and any decisions regarding the acceptance, modification, or rejection of customer-provided content rest with the sole discretion of Boise Print Shop.

It is the customer's responsibility to promptly communicate any errors or changes to Boise Print Shop before the content is finalized and published. Boise Print Shop may offer assistance in making corrections, but ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of customer-provided content lies with the customer.

By agreeing to our terms and to save time, you consent that Boise Print Shop may alter the expiration date and rerun the same advertisement without customer approval.

Indemnification Clause

By utilizing the services of Boise Print Shop, you agree to indemnify and hold Boise Print Shop, Liberty Tree Co, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and legal fees arising from or related to but not limited to:

Any content, including but not limited to text, images, and promotional offers, provided by you or Boise Print Shop for publication will Boise Print Shop, including claims of infringement, inaccuracies, or any other issues related to the content.
Any claims arising from typographical errors, inaccuracies, or changes in offers contained in the content you submit, or Boise Print Shop provides, whether published or not.
Any disputes or disagreements with third parties, including customers, arising from the content you submit, or Boise Print Shop provides for publication, or the services provided by Boise Print Shop.

You acknowledge that Boise Print Shop will make reasonable efforts to faithfully reproduce the content you provide, or Boise Print Shop provides, but ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content rests with you as the customer. Boise Print Shop will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of the content or services provided.

Boise Print Shop reserves the right to participate in the defense of any such claims at your expense and with legal counsel of our choosing. You further agree not to settle any claims without the prior written consent of Boise Print Shop.

This indemnification clause extends to all aspects of your engagement with Boise Print Shop, and your acceptance of these terms constitutes an agreement to hold Boise Print Shop harmless from any claims or liabilities that may arise in connection with our services.

Laws of the State of Idaho, Ada County

This agreement is subject to the laws of the State of Idaho. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in the State of Idaho, specifically within Ada County.

Changes To These Terms and Any Policy

Liberty Tree Co. and Boise Print Shop at their sole discretion reserve the right to update these terms and policies at any time. The terms and policies are subject to change without notice.

Should matters arise during our services, Boise Print Shop will update these terms and policies to protect, among others, Liberty Tree Co, Boise Print Shop, its officers, employees, and affiliates.

By utilizing Boise Print Shop services, you consent to our terms and conditions and agree to indemnify Boise Print Shop to the fullest extent permitted.
